PT Adaro Logistics (AL) was founded in 2013, which aims to manage and coordinate all subsidiaries that handle logistics operations ranging from coal barging and ship loading, dredging and river channel maintenance, loading and unloading, and other related businesses.

Adaro Logistics operates at the Kelanis Special Coal Terminal on the Barito River, the Taboneo offshore port in the Java Sea, South Kalimantan, and the PT Indonesia Bulk Terminal port on the South Sea Island.

Subsidiaries that strengthen the pillars of Adaro Logistics are PT Indonesia Bulk Terminal, PT Sarana Daya Mandiri, PT Indonesia Multi Purpose Terminal, PT Puradika Bongkar Muat, PT Maritim Barito Perkasa, PT Harapan Bahtera Internusa, PT Barito Galangan Nusantara.
