Segera dibutuhkan!! loker dengan sistem full time untuk posisi Purchasing Officer di tempat usaha PT Alliance Consumer Products Indonesia untuk kota/kab Sumatera Utara atau sekitarnya.
Pengalaman yang kita butuhkan adalah Manufaktur & Pembelian/Manajemen Material serta orang yang jujur dan bertanggung jawab.
Untuk kualifikasi yang kita butuhkan adalah minimum Sertifikat Professional, D3 (Diploma), D4 (Diploma), & Sarjana (S1). Yang merupakan ketentuan yang PT kami berikan.
Gaji yang perusahaan tawarkan cukup kompetitif tergantung dari skill pekerja. Minimum upah yang kami tawarkan adalah Rp 1.800.000 - Rp 5.500.000.

- Making PR / PO
- Supplier Selection & RFQ/Req. coordination with Suppliers
- Coordination & Necessary approval for procurement
- Follow up for Material readiness & Delivery Confirmation
- Material Tracking & Ensuring OTD (On-time Delivery)
- Manage suppliers to meet cost, delivery performance,
- schedule, and quality objectives.
- Adopt appropriate supplier management methodologies and
- procurement strategies in purchasing to secure better prices.
- Making PR / PO
- Procurement engineers oversee the purchase of technical
- equipment for the operations of the company.
- Supplier Selection & RFQ/Req. coordination with Suppliers
- To determine the equipment needed to complete manufacturing
- or construction projects according to specifications, research vendors for that equipment
- Analyze all suppliers in order to select the most suitable
- suppliers who are able to deliver high-quality products at competitive pricing
- Manage suppliers to meet cost, delivery performance, schedule, and quality objectives
With Qualification:
- Maximum 35-year-old
- Education background Engineering/ Industrial/ Mechanical/ Management
- English fluent (written & Verbal)
- Proficient in using procurement software and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiar with SAP system will be an advantage
- Minimum experience 3 years in the same position.
- Honest and having a good attitude and trusted
