We are looking for an experienced warehouse supervisor to manage and oversee all warehouse activities, ensure efficient processes, and maximize warehouse productivity. The warehouse supervisor’s responsibilities include coordinating logistical processes, ensuring the quality of goods, and preparing relevant documentation.
Main Responsibilities:
- Managing, evaluating and reporting on warehouse productivities
- Controlling and monitoring day to day operation (data reporting, inbound, outbound, stocks quality, claims, bagging and stock-taking)
- Tracking and coordinating the receipt, storage, and timely delivery of goods and materials
- Ordering supplies and maintaining suitable inventory levels
- Checking and ensuring the accuracy of orders, bills, items received, inventory, stocks and deliveries
- Maintaining records, reporting relevant information, and preparing any necessary documentation
- Ensuring basic maintenance standards and compliance with health and safety regulations
- Performing a daily inspection of the warehouse grounds
- Coordinating and maintaining fleets and equipment
- Communicating and coordinating with other departments and customers.
- Ensuring the cleanliness of the warehouse environment
Requirements:
- Min. SMA/SMK, graduated with a Bachelors’ Degree is a plus
- Have at least 3 years of experiences as a warehouse team leader in Chemical / Fertilizer’s products
- Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Strong working knowledge in Warehouse Mapping, FIFO, FEFO and LIFO
- Strong working knowledge of day to day operational & activities in Warehouse
- Have a deep experience of supervising the work of labour worker
- Excellent time management & people skills
- Excellent leadership & organizational skills
- Good problem-solving skills
- Strong communication, negotiation, problem-solving and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry software
- Preferable domicile in Medan
- Willing to be work on a mobile basis (North Sumatra and West Sumatra Region)
- HQ in Medan – North Sumatra

PT. Asia Kimindo Prima was established on 23 January 1996. Initially, it was built to market and distribute industrial chemical products as well as to manufacture burn lime in Padang, West Sumatra. In 199, AKP added a new product line: fertilizers. It started to market and distributes fertilizers products to customers.
During the last decade, plantation business has grown rapidly which cause the demand and the usage of fertilizers for plantation increase tremendously as well. R & D experts has done excellent job in their research to find the best fertilizers formula mixture for each type of plants by which will bring success to our customers. This opportunity has lead AKP to expand its business along with market emergence in Indonesia.
