Gaji yang perusahaan tawarkan cukup kompetitif menurut dari kemampuan pekerja. Minimum upah yang kami tawarkan adalah Rp 1.800.000 - Rp 5.500.000.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dynamic, creative, results-driven, and professional Customer Service Analyst to join Rich’s family. This great opportunity is best suited for an energetic and aspiring person who wants to be part of a global organization. Reporting directly to Sales Director, you will be responsible to provide analytical and specialized administrative support from complex, details, and advanced administrative data related to customer service.
Some of your key responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:
- Supporting customer data analysis in creating business process in general
- Dive into large datasets, identify patterns, and uncover meaningful insights using statistical techniques and data mining.
- Extracting data into a database and create comprehensive reports, dashboards, and visualizations that communicate data-driven insights to stakeholders.
- Cleanse and validate data, maintaining high standards of accuracy and reliability.
- Gather relevant data from various sources and looking for secondary data for analysis & reporting to prioritize business and information needs.
- Define and track key metrics to assess business performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Utilize any analytical tools (including statistical techniques) to interpret data and create visually appealing reports and charts.
- Stay updated on the development of the food industry trends, market conditions, and competitive intelligence to gain business insights
- Provide proactive insights to management by making organizational strategies and/or business development based on the research of the data analysis
- Identify opportunities for streamlining data collection, analysis, and reporting.
- Adhere to data governance and privacy regulations.
- Work with cross-functional teams to align data initiatives with organizational goals.
Requirements:
- Diploma graduate from any major is welcome to apply, preferably from Mathematics, Statistics, or other sciences major
- Has experience in similar experiences or as a Data Analyst, Business Analyst, or Researcher for min. 3 years
- Excellent in Ms. Excel (formulas, pivot) and statistics
- Advance in Power BI or any data visualization tools
- Detail-oriented, fast learner, solution-oriented, able to work under tight deadline, have a well-adapted skill, good communicator, and initiative
- Ability to identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets
