Dibutuhkan!! lapangan pekerjaan dengan sistem full time untuk posisi Field Collection Assistant Manager Medan di tempat usaha PT Home Credit Indonesia untuk kota/kab Medan atau sekitarnya.

Pengalaman yang usaha kami inginkan adalah Akuntansi / Keuangan & Perbankan / Jasa Finansial serta orang yang mampu mengemban pekerjaan dengan baik.

Kami memberikan persyaratan yang perusahaan butuhkan ialah setidaknya Sarjana (S1). Sesuai dari peraturan yang usaha kami berikan.

Gaji yang kami tawarkan cukup kompetitif tergantung dari kemampuan karyawan. Minimal upah yang kami tawarkan adalah Rp 1.800.000 - Rp 5.500.000.

You will responsible to:

  • Supervise daily operations for all Field Collection team to monitor every activity is running properly
  • Monitor and review team’s performance to ensure field Collection team meet their targeted result.
  • Distribute expected target to Team Leader and ensure Field Collection team received the target.
  • Monitor field Collection Team to ensure all the process in field team is comply with guidelines and SOP.
  • Coordinate with training team to ensure every team member will receive training based on feedback from quality.
  • Control the process to ensure collection incentives are fair, and prepared and submitted on time. 
  • Resolve timely customer escalations.
  • Cooperated with HR Team to ensure proper monitoring and fulfilment of TML

We are looking for Talents with:

  • Minimum Bachelor degree
  • Experienced with similar position and monitor area for 3 years, will be an advantage from similar industry.
  • Good communication, negotiation and managing team
  • Flexible and detail oriented 
  • Able and comfortable with high demand, fast respond, tight deadline and dynamic
  • Familiar using common Microsoft tool (Words, Excel) and technology
