Segera dibutuhkan!! lowongan pekerjaan dengan sistem full time untuk posisi HR Manager di perusahaan ERAKARYA GROUP untuk domisili Medan serta sekitarnya.
Kemampuan yang kita butuhkan adalah Sumber Daya Manusia/Personalia & Sumber Daya Manusia / HR serta orang yang jujur, amanah, disiplin, dan bertanggung jawab.
Untuk persyaratan yang kami inginkan adalah min Sarjana (S1). Menurut dari ketentuan yang usaha kami berikan.
Gaji yang perusahaan ini tawarkan cukup kompetitif menurut dari pengalaman pekerja. Minimum upah yang kami tawarkan adalah Rp 1.800.000 - Rp 5.500.000.

Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in human resources, labour relations, organizational development, business, or related area
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resource department
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
- People oriented and results driven.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite
- Experience with the human resources information system (HRIS) such as Workday, Zoho People, Cloud HR, Smart Recruiters, and others
- Knowledge of a broad range of human resource strategies and practices, including compensation, performance management, safety, hiring and employee relations; able to apply these strategies and practices in compliance with employment regulations.
- Ability to create a culture of diversity, inclusivity, collaboration, and teamwork.
- Experience with analysing data to guide strategic employment planning and demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics.
- Meticulous attention to details
Responsibilities
- Manage the staffing process, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding.
- Develop training materials and performance management programs to help ensure employees understand their job responsibilities.
- Investigate employee issues and conflicts and brings them to resolution.
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
- Use performance management tools to provide guidance and feedback to team.
- Ensure all company Human Resource policies are applied consistently.
- Maintain company organization charts and employee directory.
- Partner with management to ensure strategic HR goals are aligned with business initiatives.
- Maintain Human Resource systems and processes.
- Conduct performance and salary reviews
- Nurture a positive working environment.
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
- Maintain pay plan and benefits program.
- Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
- Reviewing the existing recruitment and selection processes and procedures (including requirements policy, process flow, working papers/forms, HRD monitoring in candidate selection, excel test questions and schemes, psychological test processes and health test policies/Medical Check Up) and submit proposals for improvement recruitment processes and procedures when necessary.
- Planning/timeline of periodic sourcing activities and monitoring at least 93% realisation.
- In charge of designing and delivering organisation development and change management strategies, processes, and intervention that supports business short-term and long-term plans– ensuring a high-performing organisation that foster a culture of agility.
- Establish and build out the Organisational Development and Talent Management & People Development function of the company, including developing an overall Organisational Development and Talent Management & People Development strategy.
- Analyse and develop a remuneration system in the company as a recommendation to increase employee motivation.
- Prepare and build a training system or curriculum in accordance with the results of the TNA (Training Need Analysis) by each employee.
- Planning, supporting, monitoring the training implementation process and evaluating the training carried out.
- Developing, analysing and updating short-term and long-term Human Resources management strategies in terms of HR development, payroll, policies, etc.
- Ensure all administrative tasks related to Human Resources are completed properly.
- Running and establishing a consistent recruitment system using various test tools, including personality tests and other test instruments
- Ensure that the implementation of recruitment activities is in accordance with the Company’s needs so that it meets workforce needs (Manpower Planning) and the company’s special needs.
- Conduct exit interviews with employees who experience termination to improve the company.
- Conduct employee performance evaluations (KPI)
- Manage all Company Operational Standards as well as all procedures related to HR.
- Conduct regular external surveys to analyse compensation and benefit trends or conduct salary surveys for employees in similar industries to determine labour market conditions, as well as develop and monitor salary practices throughout the organization.
- Plan and develop company HR development programs including company culture, employee engagement, leadership development, and succession planning.
