Perusahaan kami telah merilis loker dengan sistem full time untuk posisi Assistant Manager Quantity Surveyor (QS) di tempat usaha JSI Group untuk kota/kab Medan atau sekitarnya.
Skill yang kami butuhkan adalah Bangunan/Konstruksi & Survei Kuantitas serta orang yang jujur, amanah, disiplin, dan bertanggung jawab.
Untuk persyaratan minimal pendidikan/sertifikasi yang perusahaan inginkan adalah minimum Sarjana (S1). Sesuai dari ketetapan yang usaha kami berikan.
Upah yang kami tawarkan cukup kompetitif menurut dari kemampuan karyawan. Minimal upah yang kami berikan adalah Rp 1.800.000 - Rp 5.500.000.

Responsibilities:
- Preparation of budgets, budget plans and tender processes
- Take the progress of the implementation of additional/less work (VO)
- Meeting the needs and use of materials to be used in accordance with the development plan
- Calculating the amount needed for each material in accordance with the design and development plans
- Monitor the use of materials on each project
- Checking and validating reports on the use of materials provided by the contractor
- Do a stock count of existing materials
Qualification:
- Minimum bachelor degree from reputable university;
- Having minimum 5 years experiences in the same position;
- Have the ability MS Office operations, MS Project, Autocad
- Have the ability analysis of structural drawings of buildings, bridges and infrastructure
- Having communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a stressful environment.
- Excellent in communication both in Bahasa Indonesia and English and also team player
- Preferably domicile in Medan
- Placement in Medan
