Kemampuan yang kita inginkan adalah Penjualan / Pemasaran & Penjualan Ritel serta orang yang jujur, amanah, disiplin, dan bertanggung jawab.
Selain itu untuk kualifikasi yang kita butuhkan adalah setidaknya Sarjana (S1), Diploma Pascasarjana, Gelar Professional, & Magister (S2). Sesuai dari peraturan yang perusahaan kami berikan.
Gaji yang kami tawarkan cukup kompetitif menurut dari kemampuan pekerja. Rata-rata upah yang kami berikan adalah Rp 1.800.000 - Rp 5.500.000.

Responsibilities :
As an Assistant Manager Sales and Marketing – MINI, you will be responsible for supporting the manager in various operational and management tasks. You are expected to collaborate effectively with the team and contribute to achieving sales targets and customer satisfaction. Some key responsibilities include:
- Assisting the Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the MINI Dealer.
- Interacting with customers and providing excellent customer service.
- Ensuring inventory is well-stocked and efficiently planning for procurement.
- Supporting the sales team in achieving monthly sales targets.
- Supervising marketing activities and promotions at the MINI Dealer.
- Handling customer issues and ensuring prompt and accurate resolution of complaints.
- Monitoring team performance and providing training when necessary.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Management, Marketing, or related fields.
- Previous work experience in the retail or automotive industry is a plus.
- Good leadership skills and the ability to inspire the team.
- Excellent communication skills and customer-oriented approach.
- Proficiency in inventory management and understanding of marketing strategies.
- Problem-solving skills and creativity in handling operational challenges.
- Awareness of industry trends and a focus on improving sales outcomes.
- English language proficiency (if required for the job location).
- Hokkien speaking is an added advantage.
- Working experience around north Sumatera region
