Kami memberikan persyaratan minimal pendidikan/sertifikasi yang perusahaan inginkan ialah minimal Sarjana (S1). Merupakan ketetapan yang usaha kami berikan.
Gaji yang perusahaan tawarkan cukup kompetitif menurut dari kemampuan pekerja. Rata-rata upah yang kami tawarkan adalah Rp 1.800.000 - Rp 5.500.000.

- Manage Sales Area/Branch performance hand in hand with MPC
- Lead all resource at Sales Area/Branch level and to ensure all running well, align to target
- Coordination with other support function to ensure target achievement
1. Managing all sales activity
- Manage & motivate MPC team (Distribution Process, Availability & Visibility)
- Tracking & monitoring Distribution Service daily
2. Achieve Sales Target
- Manage sales team to execute excellence distribution
- Manage sales team to implementing merchandising guideline
- Leading sales team to achieve target
- Coordination & Motivation team everyday
- Executing trade/channel program from HQ/Area/SA
- Manage & maintain continues growth (creativity to get the new point of income)
Requirements
- Minimum bachelor’s degree (S1)
- Willing to be located in Padang and others sales area if Indosat needed
- Good knowledge of local market, customer & outlet need, local competitor at Padang
- Experience in sales field /has passion in sales field
- Good understanding of sales, distribution, market and competitor analysis
- Excellent Communication & Sales Presentation skills
- Possess customer & result orientation perspective
- Excellent teamwork
- Excellent leadership
