1. Assists in the smooth running of the bar, where all aspects of the guest food & beverage service experience are delivered to the highest levels, ensuring both property and company standards are attained and adhered to.
2. Lead and collaborate with the team to maximize guest satisfaction and comfort, delivering a positive and responsive approach to enquiries and problem resolution.
3. Support and deliver on the business strategies taking ownership for assigned areas of responsibility and deputizing for the Head of Department in their absence.
4. With the Head of Department take a leadership role in fostering a culture of growth, development and performance whilst promoting the company culture and values.
5. Collaborates with the Head of Department, ensuring that costs and departmental inventory is controlled and that target productivity and performance levels are attained
6. Build and maintain effective working relationship with all key stakeholders and partners both internal and external ensuring all communications and activities are controlled and undertaken in a timely manner.
7. Takes the lead to deliver departmental programs that advances service standards, profitability and cost control which may include working with internal and external stakeholders, whilst incorporating environmental concerns

Requirements:

1. Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years in a similar role or in hospitality management.

2. Skills:

• Strong leadership and team management

• Excellent customer service

• Financial acumen and budgeting

• Inventory control

• Knowledge of local alcohol and food regulations

• Marketing and promotional abilities

3. Personal Qualities:

• Passionate about music and sports

• Ability to handle stressful situations

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

4. Social Media Expertise:

• Proficiency in managing various social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.

• Ability to create engaging content that resonates with the target audience

• Skills in tracking social media analytics and adjusting strategies accordingly

• Experience in running social media advertising campaigns

• Understanding of the latest trends in social media marketing

5. Local Client Database & Promotion Expertise:

. Ability to build and maintain a database of local potential clients

. Skill in developing and implementing various promotional strategies to target the local market

. Experience in creating special offers, events, or discounts to attract new customers and retain existing ones.

6. Local Entertainment Resource Network:

. Strong connections with local live bands, DJs, and other entertainment sources

. Ability to negotiate and coordinate performances and events

. Experience in organizing a diverse entertainment calendar that appeals to the venue’s clientele

. Understanding of the local entertainment scene to ensure a lively and relevant atmosphere
