Pengalaman yang perusahaan kami inginkan ialah Penjualan / Pemasaran & Penjualan Ritel serta orang yang jujur, amanah, disiplin, dan bertanggung jawab.
Untuk syarat yang perusahaan butuhkan adalah minimum Sarjana (S1). Yang merupakan peraturan yang perusahaan kami berikan.
Upah yang perusahaan kami tawarkan cukup kompetitif menurut dari kemampuan karyawan. Rata-rata upah yang kami berikan adalah Rp 1.800.000 - Rp 5.500.000.

Job Requirements:
- Hold Bachelor Degree in any fields
- Having minimal 5 years experience as Team Leader or Branch Manager in Banking or Financial Institution (Capital Market / Insurance)
- Familiar with Equity & Asset Management Product
- Result oriented and have wide network
- Having WPPE license
- Willing to be located in our Palembang Branch Office
Job Descriptions:
- In charge of sales performance of branches
- Managing, training, and providing overall guidance to the sales team of an assigned territory
- Monitoring the performance of the sales team and motivating members to meet or exceed sales targets
- Traveling to potential and existing customers within an assigned sales area to present company offerings and also for branch monitoring/coaching
- Provide training, coaching, development, and motivation for branch employees
- Responsible for employee recruitment process and performance management
- Supervise every transaction and ensure that every transaction complies with APU PPT policy
- Conduct regular checks to ensure branch operations are in accordance with the provisions of the OJK
- Provide performance appraisals for employees, provide regular training and coaching for branch employee
