ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES :

Civil Supervisors have the authority, of course, with permission and/or instructions from the site leadership to provide work instructions, supervision, and monitoring as well as carry out work in teamwork in the field and are wise in using all facilities and infrastructure on site for the effectiveness and efficiency of work and services

• Organize workers in the field (according to their area of ​​assignment) in properly providing routine briefings/briefings to their subordinates, organize/supervise the work of workers and provide work motivation to all workers under their authority;
• Coordinate with the Project Manager and/or Site Manager related to the progress of the project activities carried out so that they are in accordance with the time and/or work targets that have been determined

REQUIREMENT (S) :

1. Minimum qualification Diploma (D1-D3) with 10 Years pf continuous field experience in construction sites including infrastructure earthworks, geothermal, oil & gas will be required
2. Bachelor degree in Construction Business Management, or Engineering is Preferable
3. High Integrity, honesty, trust and high discipline, have a good employment track record and is willing to work with the team
4. Have an understanding of project or construction management including project planning and project control
5. Should be able to work long hours, working under pressure with minimal supervision to meet targets, and willing to work on projects in remote areas as required.
