Pengalaman yang PT kami inginkan ialah Bangunan/Konstruksi & Teknik Sipil/Konstruksi Bangunan serta orang yang jujur dan bertanggung jawab.

Adapun persyaratan minimal pendidikan/sertifikasi yang kami butuhkan adalah minimal Sarjana (S1), Diploma Pascasarjana, Gelar Professional & Magister (S2). Yang merupakan ketetapan yang perusahaan kami berikan.

Gaji yang perusahaan kami tawarkan cukup kompetitif menurut dari kemampuan karyawan. Minimal upah yang kami berikan adalah Rp 10.000.000 - Rp 20.000.000.

JOB SUMMARY:
  • Contract review, improvement, management, and negotiation including EPC contract, subcontract, purchase order, service contract, variation orders negotiation, and management
  • Claim strategy (defensive & offensive) definition and implementation, preparation and writing of claim files, claim negotiation, support to the legal department or consultant, conciliation
  • Tender preparation, bidder assessment, contract and order negotiation, and award
  • Project risk analysis and management
  • Negotiate with owners, consortium companies, and subcontractors
  • Cooperate with lawyers to prepare relevant claims and negotiation documents
  • Collaborate with project teams to draft and review the subcontract and accumulation of claims documents during project implementation progress

 EXPERIENCE, REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS:

  • Education: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering major
  • Language: Fluent in English/Indonesian (writing and verbal)
  • Experience: 5 years of contract management experience in the construction sector or industrial projects
  • Rich experience in contract, claim management, and negotiations
