CMS Logistics Group was established in September 200 in the beautiful city of Qingdao in China with a registered capital of RMB 50 million. In 2003 CMS Logistics Group was among the first batch of international freight enterprises to be awarded the First-Grade Agent Qualification for Ocean and Air Cargo Transportation by the Ministry of Foreign and Economic Cooperation at the State Administration for Industry and Commerce.

The company is comprised of excellent and reliable service teams; such as professional personnel in customs clearance and cargo inspection; our own haulage team and corresponding logistics networks; a dedicated team to coordinate with customs affairs, inspection and quarantine; the warehousing and distribution team who work out the best logistics solution and provide one-stop service according to the different requirements of our clients. All this has brought CMS Logistics Group into a company providing all-in-one total logistic solutions.

CMS Logistics Group developed and shifted its focus to ocean consolidation. Our offices now cover China and internationally, with new offices established in Dalian, Guangzhou, Ningbo, Shanghai, Shenzhen, Tianjin, Wei Hai and Hong Kong. Overseas affiliates were established in Singapore, Australia, South Korea, Malaysia, Indonesia, Turkey, Spain, and Philippines, where we continue to expand our presence globally. We have established a strong strategic alliance and partnership with multiple transnational forwarding agencies to extend our services to complement the current range. We have formed HUB stations in Singapore for Southeast Asia, Hong Kong for South China, Shanghai for East China, and Tianjin for North China.
