Founded in 1997, the PT Pacific Medan Industri is a fully modernized company engaged in manufacturing of palm oil based on value-added products such as ghee and margarine. The plant has an independent unit for the production of tin can, plastic packing, and PIT cans along with multi-color printed lines on them.Plans are well-underway to meet increasing demands on products.

The plant has earned the distinction of being the largest exporter of vegetable ghee from Indonesia. The plant supplies its fully processed products to multinational companies as well.
