Clients, drivers and passengers, will reach out to you themselves: they will come to the office or will leave a request in our mobile app. Your task will be to maintain communication with them and help in difficult situations.
The key tasks are:
- providing high-quality service to our ridersdrivers and customers by processing their requests, feedback, complaintsclaims, as well as assisting them in resolving day-to-day issues;
- work with the service rules violations;
- presenting our drivers and passengers with an offer of new conditions and promotions;
- participation in the implementation of advertisingpromotional campaigns.
