Description
• Hold Bachelor Degree (Min. GPA 3) or Master Degree (Min. GPA 3.25) in any majors including STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematic).
• Preferably having work experiences max. 2 years in relevant field — fresh graduate engineers who have high genuine interest in engineering field are most welcomed.
• Max. age 35 years by end of June 2022.
• High performing talents with self-drive and passion to learn and become a leader.
• Able to quickly adapt to new professional collaborative environments, deal with flexibility, take initiatives, and achieve the goals set up.
• Fluent in English, both speaking & writing.
• Having relevant work experience in HSE functions in mining industry as least 3 years.
• Familiar with SMKP, Propernas, emergency response team, HSE management system.
• Having POP certification.
• Understand related rules & regulations.
• Safety oriented, communicative, collaborative, problem solver, achiever.
