Job Description:
- Prepare monthly work plan based on total area of responsibility and the annual program guide line applies given by Company through the head assistant.
- Using the availability of facilities and infrastructure for the smooth running of the work program accordance with the work plan.
- Implement the work program accordance with the Companies guide line and to improve the effectiveness and efficiency (cost oriented).
- Supervise the implementation of work program division accordance with the specifications of work, both for harvesting and upkeep, including the transport of fruit.
- Verify employment report, before checked and inspected by the Head Assistant.
- Collect all issue to be discussed and resolved with Head Assistant and company management as inputs monthly working implementation.
- Responsible for the profitable and efficient running of the estate, which includes productivity, safety, cost management, people management.
- Contribute to the company’s development of innovations, long term strategies, objectives and plans
- Develop and strengthen working relationships with other departments and peers at other group companies.
- Develop and recommend strategies for the estate to the field manager.
- Ensure that all working equipment is in a god and safe condition to use.
- Perform other relevant tasks required by Management in day to day operation
Minimum Requirement:
- Diploma or Bachelor Degree of Agriculture or related major.
- Minimum 3 years experience in field management.
- Could operate Ms. Office & Power point.
