Field Operational Officer (Secretary)
JOB PURPOSE
- Perform administrative support for the assigned sales department to make sure the activities are completed accurately and on time.
YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Preparing documents administrative (contract program distributor/retailer)
- Reports and presentation materials
- Screening and responding to incoming correspondence
- Phone calls and taking minutes of meeting
- Maintaning office supplies
- Collect data stock inventory product in distributors
- Updating database field forces (DSR/DMR/TM)
WHO YOU ARE
Education
- Bachelor degree in Agricultural or Administration studies.
Relevant experiences
- Having experience in administrative area
