General Affair Supervisor
- Responsible for all activities in dormitory (mess) & canteen (mess accommodation, general service living area, environment nursery, canteen).
- Controlling & Analyzing the needs of office and employees facilities.
- Creating work procedures for inspection and maintenance of facilities.
- Reporting asset and office expense for any budget needed.
- Handling complaints related to mess facilities and infrastructure.
- Responsible for mess availability, cleanliness & mess facilities.
- Administration regarding General Affairs.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s Degree/Post Graduate Degree in any major.
- At least 5 years of working experience as General Affair in Manufacture, 2 years of experience as General Affair Supervisor.
- Knowledge in asset management & asset monitoring in mess & canteen.
- Budgeting for all operational needs in mess & canteen.
- Placement: South Sumatera
- Language: English, Bahasa, Mandarin (will be a plus)
