Requirement:
- Minimum S1 majoring in Civil Engineering / Architecture
- Experienced in the same position in a developer company for at least 5 years
- Have business acumen in the field of property and know the information, issues and trends in the real estate sector
- Have good leadership and communication skills
- Domicile / ready to live in Palembang
Job Description :
- Able to carry out planning for business development
- Coordinate and supervise: management of company assets, construction of houses and company operations
- Control operational activities so that they run according to deadlines and budgets such as: permits, house construction, estate management
- Setting goals / sales targets and motivating the team for achievement the target
- Able to lead the company and be a motivator for the entire team
- Have a lot of relationships and good relations with business partners
- Create a target achievement strategy for each section and evaluation result
- Make routine activity report and analysis for improvement
