Provide day-to-day analytical support to Sales Heads and Regional Group Head to deep-dive into specific issues/ initiatives; coordinate with HQ Performance Management to ensure timeliness of access to reports

Key Individual Accountabilities
1    Provide day-to-day analytical support to Sales Heads and Group Head and Territory Sales to understand key trends, deep dive into specific issues, collate data form multiple reports etc. 

2    Create ad hoc and special report and analysis  required by Region Group Head and assist the Group Head on preparing updated presentation for weekly/monthly reviews with HQ

3    Review and analyze effectiveness of RO/Player/Dealer programs and HQ/Region events and provide report to Group Head

4    Analyze and compile feedback from all Sales Heads related to market intelligence and competitor movement and create action items to Group Head 

5    Review and analyze Dealer performance and PNL and provide feedback to Group Head coordinate with Sales Heads
  
6    Ensure timeliness of access to reports and dashboard received from HQ and create summary of important issues for Group Head 

7    Collect feedback from Sales Heads on new site planning/upgrade/insert network and provide the summary to Group Head

8    Provide performance report & BTS productivity to Sales Team & Dealer Team
 
9    Ensure all the process of BTS outages handling, roll out, relocation and optimization network are followed up properly by SOM Region Team
