Perusahaan kami merilis lapangan pekerjaan dengan sistem full time untuk posisi HRGA Section head di perusahaan PT. Oleochem & Soap Industri untuk daerah Sumatera Utara dan sekitarnya.
Kemampuan yang perusahaan kami inginkan adalah Sumber Daya Manusia/Personalia & Sumber Daya Manusia / HR serta orang yang mampu bekerja dengan tekun.
Selain itu untuk persyaratan minimal pendidikan/sertifikasi yang kami butuhkan adalah minimal Sarjana (S1), Diploma Pascasarjana, Gelar Professional & Magister (S2). Menurut dari ketentuan yang usaha kami berikan.
Upah yang perusahaan ini tawarkan cukup kompetitif menurut dari kemampuan pekerja. Minimal upah yang kami berikan adalah Rp 1.800.000 - Rp 5.500.000.

This position handle for Supervisory job task in HRGA Department.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist the HR manager in leading and managing human resource activities in line with the organisation’s value, culture, and business plan
- Administer all aspects of human resources including but not limited to talent acquisition, employees’ relations, corporate culture, organisation development, career planning and development, and compensation and benefits
- Implement human resource practices in accordance to federal laws, policies, and procedures
- Prepare and process monthly payroll in a timely manner with zero inaccuracies
- Deal with relevant government and statutory bodies
- Participate in HR initiatives for long term success of the organisation
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Human Resource Management or related fields
- Minimum 5 years experience working in a Manufacturing company with the role of HR Supervisor or HR Section Head
- Have strong knowledge in HR and experienced in handling Human Resource matters.
- Have a good understanding of the updated Labor Regulations and other related regulations
- Strong communication skill with excellent written communication skills
- Pragmatic, emphatic, and highly analytical.
- High Integrity (honest, fairness, high commitment person)
- Good supervisory skill as well as interpersonal skill, organizational skill, problem solving & decision making.
- She/He also must have negotiation skill (Persuading, reasoning)
- Proficient in English, both written and spoken
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Ms. Excel, word, outlook.
- Willing to work in KIM 2 Medan
