Upah yang perusahaan kami tawarkan cukup kompetitif menurut dari pengalaman karyawan. Minimal upah yang kami tawarkan adalah Rp 1.800.000 - Rp 5.500.000.

We are looking for a qualified HSE Officer to support our site in Rantau Prapat and Riau.
Job Description:
- Periodically ensure PPE (APD) stock.
- Periodically carry out HSE training to employees.
- Ensure cleanliness and low potential of fire of the factory.
- Ensure activity that needs permit to work.
- Ensure all employees and contractors wear safety equipment (helmets, safety boots, etc.) when working or being present in the factory environment.
- Ensure safety signs are installed, clearly visible, and in the correct positions.
- Report violations of safety regulations/procedures to the Mill Manager for further processing.
- Repair damaged or unfit safety signs.
- Conduct periodic inspections of fire extinguishers, hydrants, and other fire prevention equipment and report them to the Mill Manager.
- Ensure all employees in each department comply with/administer safety administrative procedures before conducting repairs.
- Report any anomalies or damages occurring in the factory to the relevant authorities.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Engineering (Environmental/Health/Safety), Forestry, Social Science or equivalent (Bachelor is preferred)
- Have 3 years of experiences in HSE.
- Certified General OHS expert by Disnaker (Ahli K3 Umum).
- Extensive knowledge in Health and Safety regulations.
- Extensive knowledge in ISPO, RSPO and other certifications.
- Experienced in dealing with government officers.
- Extensive knowledge in ISO 9001:2000 and SMK3 (OHSAS 18001: 1999).
- Having good communication skills.
