1. Developing and implementing strategies for innovation: The innovation manager is responsible for creating and implementing a strategy for innovation within the organization, including identifying areas for potential growth and improvement.

The best fit candidate’s profile:
1. Holding graduate in Chemical Engineering from top tier University; holding master degree in same field or business will be an added value
2. Has minimum 10 years experiences in R&D, Manufacturing or similar roles in Oleochemical downstream or surfactant processing plant
3. Has an excellence analytical and strategic thinking which can connect the needs of the business and capabilities
4. High integrity and visionary
5. Posses good communication skills, and continuous learning mindset

PT. Unilever Oleochemical Indonesia (UOI) was established on January 3rd, 2012 and is wholly owned by Unilever Netherland.
UOI is one of the biggest Olechemical factories in the world and has been built on an area of 18 hectares, located in Special Economic Zone (KEK) Sei Mangkei, Blok M, N, R, S Huta VI District of Bosar Maligas, Simalungun, North Sumatra, Indonesia, where 30% of equipment manufacturers using domestic products, the plant is designed to process CPKO (Crude Palm Kernel Oil) and 95% of the products will be used by Unilever factories around the world.
