Perusahaan kami merilis lowongan pekerjaan dengan sistem full time untuk posisi Interior Designer di tempat usaha PT Artha Prima Indokarya untuk domisili Medan atau sekitarnya.
Kemampuan yang kami butuhkan ialah Bangunan/Konstruksi & Arsitek/Desain Interior serta orang yang jujur, amanah, disiplin, dan bertanggung jawab.
Adapun untuk kualifikasi yang PT kami inginkan adalah minimal Sertifikat Professional, D3 (Diploma), D4 (Diploma), & Sarjana (S1). Merupakan peraturan yang PT kami berikan.
Gaji yang perusahaan ini tawarkan cukup kompetitif tergantung dari kemampuan pekerja. Minimal upah yang kami tawarkan adalah Rp 1.800.000 - Rp 5.500.000.

Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Designer, or another related field.
- At least 2 years’ experience in the architectural or structural engineering field
- Basic understanding of 2D and 3D design drawing
- Excellent communication skills with ability to interpret clients’ briefs accurately.
- Great organization, problem-solving, and time-management skills
- Experience working with budgets within projects when selecting materials etc.
- Strong visualization ability combined with excellent presentation skills.
- Great interpersonal and communication skills (verbal, prose, slides and/or sheets) in both English and Bahasa
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience working collaboratively with architects, contractors, and other design professionals.
- Working knowledge of design software such as Sketchup, 3Ds Max, AutoCAD or Adobe Creative Suite
Job Role :
- Develop innovative design concepts that is reflective of client’s goals
- Conduct other design efforts such as space planning, layout and utilization of furnishing and equipment, lighting and color coordination
- Prepare and conduct client presentations
- Responsible for communication with other disciplines, vendors and contractors to ensure incorporation of all information into project requirement
- Prepare color and material presentations and generate specification
