Kami merilis lowongan pekerjaan dengan sistem full time untuk posisi Manager, Quality Control & Assurance di tempat usaha PT SIME DARBY OILS SEI MANGKEI REFINERY untuk kota/kab Sumatera Utara dan sekitarnya.
Pengalaman yang kita butuhkan adalah Manufaktur & Penjaminan Kualitas / QA serta orang yang mampu mengemban pekerjaan dengan baik.
Adapun untuk syarat yang perusahaan kami butuhkan adalah setidaknya Sarjana (S1). Sesuai dari peraturan yang perusahaan kami berikan.
Upah yang kami tawarkan cukup kompetitif menurut dari kemampuan pekerja. Rata-rata upah yang kami tawarkan adalah Rp 1.800.000 - Rp 5.500.000.

Important Responsibility :
- To plan, document and establish organizational quality practices (appropriate tests, methods, sampling plans, and specifications) to be implemented in compliance to customer’s needs, industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- To plan, deploy and manage financial, infrastructure, workflow and manpower resources for the QC department.
- To provide training, guidance and coaching to the QC team members on the facilitation of Quality Control aspects established by the organization.
- Coordinates and directs the quality control system established in the organization to ensure production of quality products consistent with established standards.
- To inculcate the quality culture and lead the implementation of Quality Management ISO within the organization.
- Maintain quality and update the company’s legal basis on customers, and comply with international legal and regulatory requirements in relation to product specifications, food safety and quality issues.
- Ensure effective management including investigations, implementation of corrective actions and providing solutions to resulting product non-conformities.
- Maintain close relationships with buyers, independent laboratories and government agencies such as the Indonesian Ulama Council, the Institute for Food, Drugs and Cosmetics and the Ministry of Health etc.
- To provide advice and technical services on inquiries arising from complaints and customers requests.
- To undertake other duties and responsibilities established and delegated by the company.
Qualification :
- Bachelor of chemistry or 5 years experience in a related field.
- Computer literate is a must.
- Fluent in English, Min. TOEFL score 500
- Leadership Traits. Interpolation & communication skills.
