Telah dibuka lowongan pekerjaan dengan sistem full time untuk posisi MARKETING di kantor PT Usaha Prima Nusantara untuk kota/kab Medan dan sekitarnya.
Kemampuan yang kami inginkan adalah Penjualan / Pemasaran & Pemasaran/Pengembangan Bisnis serta orang yang jujur dan bertanggung jawab.
Untuk persyaratan yang PT kami butuhkan ialah min Sarjana (S1). Yang merupakan ketetapan yang PT kami berikan.
Upah yang perusahaan kami tawarkan cukup kompetitif tergantung dari kemampuan pekerja. Minimal upah yang kami tawarkan adalah Rp 1.800.000 - Rp 5.500.000.

Job Description:
- Promote a Retail Business and F&B Product
- Lead market research efforts to uncover the viability of current and existing products/ services.
- Analyze data to evaluate the success of their marketing efforts and come up with new ideas to improve brand marketing and exposure
- Identifying potential new markets and creating a plan to enter the market
- Coordinate with other departments to produce effective Retail Business and F&B strategies.
- Partnering with product development and buying teams to estimate product demand
- Increasing brand awareness and market share.
- Developing and managing the budget.
- Overseeing branding, advertising, and promotional campaigns.
Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or similar
- At least two years’ experience as a marketing supervisor
- Able to speak and write English fluently
- Budget-management skills and proficiency
- Analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges
- Familiarity with the latest trends, technologies and methodologies in Retail Business and F&B strategies, product/design.
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong time management and organizational abilities.
