SUMMARY
Job holder will be responsible for overseeing the production process. Work with team, equipments, material and other resources to ensure the final products produced safely, efficient and timely manner.
Daily Responsibility
- Coordinate to ensure that materials are available when needed
- Ensuring that equipment is functioning properly and that work environments are safe and comfortable for workers
- Scheduling shifts and overseeing daily operations to ensure that production goals are met.
- Overseeing employee training on equipment operation and safety procedures.
- Managing the hiring of new employees to replace those who leave the company
- Monitoring inventory levels to ensure that the right amount of materials are on hand to meet demand
Requirements
- Age Maximum 45 Years old
- Good communication in English both oral and written.
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Engineering or Equivalent
- At least 3 Years experience as Superintendent Production in Palm Oil Refinery / Edible Oil Industry (or at least 5 years as Supervisor Position).
- Good Leadership Skill
