The Sales for HVAC/Refrigerants is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with key customers, identifying new business opportunities, and effectively communicating the benefits of our HVAC/Refrigerants products. He/she should possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, have a solid understanding of the HVAC market, and work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets, with a focus on HVAC clients such as retailers, dealers, and users. Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with key clients, understand their needs, and provide them with solutions that meet their requirements. Address customer inquiries and complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Prepare and present proposals that outline the benefits of the company’s products, and effectively communicate the value proposition to clients.
• Negotiate and close deals with clients and ensure that contracts are executed in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as engineering and technical teams, to ensure client requirements are met and projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and developments and identify opportunities to expand the company’s offerings.
• Manage the sales pipeline, including tracking leads and opportunities, managing quotes and proposals, and reporting on sales performance.
• Attending industry events, such as trade shows and conferences, to network with clients and stay up to date with industry developments.
• Conduct market research to understand client needs, competitive offerings, and industry trends, and use this information to inform sales strategies and product development.

Job Qualifications

• Graduate of a bachelor’s degree or any related course.
• At least five (5) years of work experience in the HVAC/Aircon industry
• Knowledgeable in HVAC Systems.
• Outstanding Sales Skills, Communication, and Interpersonal Skills:
• Excellent Customer Service.
• Work Location: Surabaya (1), Jabodetabek (5), Sumatera (4)
