Adapun untuk persyaratan yang kami butuhkan ialah minimum Sarjana (S1). Sesuai dari ketetapan yang PT kami berikan.
Upah yang perusahaan tawarkan cukup kompetitif tergantung dari kemampuan pekerja. Rata-rata upah yang kami berikan adalah Rp 1.800.000 - Rp 5.500.000.

About the Company

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the engineering team to ensure that all projects are executed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Develop and maintain engineering standards and procedures to ensure consistency and best practices.
- Develop and maintain the plant’s equipment maintenance and reliability program to maximize plant uptime and minimize equipment downtime.
- Provide technical guidance and support to the plant’s operations and maintenance teams to ensure optimal plant performance.
- Develop and manage the plant’s capital budget and ensure that all capital projects are executed on time and within budget.
- Manage the plant’s environmental health safety compliance programs and ensure that the plant complies with all applicable regulations.
- Develop and manage the plant’s energy efficiency and any other sustainable program to minimize energy consumption and reduce costs.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and cost savings in plant operations and implement solutions.
- Others that are not specifically mentioned in detail but necessary to perform the role/ purpose of the job.
Requirements
- Minimum Education: Bachelor’s Degree of Engineering
- Experience: min. 15 years in engineering and projects particularly in the frozen industry and food processing.
- Experienced in leading and managing global project requirement, cross-collaboration project/activities among the functions and countries starting from design stage up to implementation including CAPEX project document creation as well as driving engineering process excellence
- Obtained the following Certifications:
- TPM (Total Preventive Maintenance) including Predictive and Corrective Maintenance
- SKTK (Sertifikat Kompetensi Tenaga Teknik Listrik)
- Continuous Improvement system
- PLC and any other electronic/autonomous/ instrumentation system
- Attended the following Trainings:
- LO-TO (Lock Out – Tag Out)
- HSE (Health Safety and Environment)
- Software engineering
- RCM (Reliability Centered Maintenance)
- FMECA (Failure Mode Effect and Criticality Analysis)
