Perusahaan kami telah merilis lapangan pekerjaan dengan sistem full time untuk posisi Social Media Specialist (Based in Medan) di kantor PT Top Remit untuk daerah Medan dan sekitarnya.
Kemampuan yang perusahaan kami butuhkan adalah Penjualan / Pemasaran & Pemasaran/Pengembangan Bisnis serta orang yang jujur dan bertanggung jawab.
PT ini tidak memiliki persyaratan minimal pendidikan/sertifikasi yang tersendiri terhadap calon pelamar sehingga anda bisa mencoba melamar ke perusahaan ini dengan memberikan CV atau portofolio anda.
Upah yang kami tawarkan cukup kompetitif menurut dari pengalaman pekerja. Minimum upah yang kami berikan adalah Rp 1.800.000 - Rp 5.500.000.

Job description & requirements

What you should have:
- Willing to stay in Medan
- Preferable Min. 1 month of experience in content/social media (Freshgraduates with proven projects are welcome)
- Has great proficiency on English and Bahasa Indonesia (Written & Spoken)
- Has great knowledge on multiple social media platforms, and awarness of current trends
- Able to communicate well, love to interact with people and confident being in front of camera
- Ability to manage time and prioritize multiple competing tasks, meet deadlines, and achieve goals
- You are able to do creative content planning and create engaging contents
- Has basic design skills (min. able to use Canva) & Video editing skill
What you’ll contribute on:
- Develop social media content plans that are consistent with the company’s brand identity
- Create consistent and interesting content on all social media platforms, including writing & editing social media posts, improving customer engagement, and promoting social media campaigns
- Develop and manage social influencer programs
- Build and execute social media strategy by using data
- Analysing and understand the targeted audience for each platform
- Suggest recommendations to adjust the social media marketing strategy for optimal results
- Help converting our followers into loyal users by engaging, responding, and captivating them with social media interactions
- Prepare monthly reports on social media marketing efforts
- Stay up to date on the best practices and emerging trends on social media
