Gaji yang perusahaan ini tawarkan cukup kompetitif menurut dari skill pekerja. Minimum upah yang kami berikan adalah Rp 1.800.000 - Rp 5.500.000.

This role will be working at our site in Kawasan Ekonomi Khusus, Sei Mangkei, North Sumatera. By applying to this role you are agree with the relocation.
Role:
S&OP Assistant Manager is responsible to conduct S&OP process by optimizing resources of production capacity planning to meet customer demand, high quality standard and cost competitiveness by developing balance of demand/supply plan across the entire planning horizon. The job scope is managed demand/supply planning Finished Goods for Oleochemicals, Soap & Dove Plant.
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
- Leading monthly S&OP process cycle across 6 months horizon to meet demand & supply fulfillment to maximize plant performance and increase OTIF.
- Regular monitoring with respective stake holder to ensure MTD outcome production / delivery outbound vs Sign off
- Be leader as control focal point to eliminate activity impact S&OP number/achievement both plant operation & incoming RM
- Accommodate customer request and lead project to improve production efficiency
Skills and Qualifications needed :
- Good proficiency in english is a must
- Possess a bachelor’s degree in engineering, science or other relevant major (Oleochemical background will be a plus point)
- Business acumen mindset with commercial growth behaviour embedded.
- Have work experience in Supply Chain Planning (Demand/Forecasting) by min 3 years dealing with Chemical Industry Sector
- Be fluent in both Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and verbal)
- Preference for candidates with solid operational working knowledge of SAP, Strong Microsoft Excel and Complex Data Management
- Results oriented professional with strong analytical and communication skills

UOI is one of the biggest Olechemical factories in the world and has been built on an area of 18 hectares, located in Special Economic Zone (KEK) Sei Mangkei, Blok M, N, R, S Huta VI District of Bosar Maligas, Simalungun, North Sumatra, Indonesia, where 30% of equipment manufacturers using domestic products, the plant is designed to process CPKO (Crude Palm Kernel Oil) and 95% of the products will be used by Unilever factories around the world.
