Perusahaan kami merilis lowongan pekerjaan dengan sistem full time untuk posisi Specialist, Training & People Development di tempat usaha ASIA PULP AND PAPER untuk domisili Sumatera Selatan serta sekitarnya.
Skill yang usaha kami inginkan adalah Pendidikan/Pelatihan & Pelatihan & Pengembangan serta orang yang jujur dan disiplin.
Untuk persyaratan minimal pendidikan/sertifikasi yang PT kami inginkan ialah minimal Sarjana (S1). Yang merupakan ketetapan yang PT kami berikan.
Upah yang perusahaan kami tawarkan cukup kompetitif menurut dari skill karyawan. Minimum upah yang kami berikan adalah Rp 1.800.000 - Rp 5.500.000.

- Analyze and Identify the training and development needs of employees, including competencies, curriculum, job description and work needs
- Develop modules and training materials to support training program
- Develop internal trainers
- Ensuring training and program activities to follow academy strategic plan and the measurement of training effectiveness is follow standard tools
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree from Agriculture / Forestry
- Having good knowledge and understanding about core business HTI (Nursery, Plantation Harvesting)
- Familiar with learning platform
- Good analytical thinking
- Having experience as a trainer / Learning & Development Assistant or operational assistant from plantation / forestry industry will be prioritized
- Having excellent communication as trainer
- Willing to be placed in South Sumatera
