The tax and payment manager will report directly to the Financial Controller and will be hands-on at work. You will be focusing on handling the end-to-end fuction of tax and also liaising with accounting and operations manager to ensure that all financial activities align with the plan.

Description

  • Manage and review daily payment, make sure all payment in Company supported by valid documentation and proper process.
  • Conduct corporate financial transactions.
  • Make payments to suppliers.
  • Verify the validity of main documents and supporting documents for the payment.
  • Responsible for payment system and process including e-banking.
  • Communicate with Bank to make sure smooth payment process.
  • Support Ad hoc project Country Financial Controller
  • Prepare yearly budgets while continually monitoring expenditures weekly.
  • Managing Banking
  • Managing all areas of tax compliance especially on the Corporate Income Tax and Tax refund
  • Delivering a full range of tax services in compliance with laws and regulations within timeframe
  • To conduct periodic tax diagnostic review to ensure compliance with domestic tax rules and regulations.
  • To manage and settle tax audit and enquiries to ensure issues are timely dealt with in order to minimize tax penalties.
  • Manages payment function, including meeting payment deadline.
  • Make preparation for execution payment.
  • Ensure accurate, timely filing of consolidated federal, state and local income tax returns and other business-related filings.
  • Researching tax laws to be implemented in PTAN.

Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree majoring in accounting
  • Obtained Brevet A and Brevet B certifications
  • Having a minimum of 5 years’ experience working in tax and accounting or public accountant firms.
  • Proven experience in tax and treasury functions, ideally in a managerial or supervisory role.
  • Strong Accounting knowledge (Tax Accounting, PSAK)
  • Strong knowledge of tax laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
  • Experience in dealing with government Tax Office independently.
  • Experience with tax planning, compliance, and reporting, as well as cash management and risk management within a corporate or financial institution.
  • Experience in setting up the transfer price.
  • Good IFRS knowledge
