Water Treatment Plant Manager, responsible for overseeing all aspects of water treatment, from intake to distribution, to ensure compliance with regulations and the delivery of safe, high-quality water to customers. In addition to supervising staff, they also manage the implementation of new policies and procedures, and oversee the maintenance of equipment and infrastructure.

Description
- Oversee all aspects of the water treatment process, from intake to discharge, to ensure compliance with regulations and the delivery of clean water to the environment.
- Manage staff, including training and evaluating employees, setting priorities, and monitoring work progress.
- Ensure the proper operation and maintenance of all water treatment equipment and infrastructure.
- Prepare and submit accurate reports and records on plant operations, chemical usage, and other relevant data.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in process, chemical, industrial engineering, or other related field from a reputable university.
- Minimum 5 years of work experience in a related field, preferably in water treatment plant operations and maintenance.
- Strong knowledge of water treatment processes and equipment, including chemical application.
- Knowledge of environmental legislation and water chemistry analysis.
- Strong working relationships with local authorities related to water treatment plant
- Understanding of occupational hazards and safety precautions necessary for the safe operation of a water treatment plant.
- Fluency in English, both verbal and written.
