About the Role
Responsible for supporting general business operations by providing services in various administrative areas including driving, dining services, and physical security
- Identify, enhance, and follow specific processes and procedures to maximise the efficiency of the business
- Coordinate the administrative activities of an office
- Act as the first point of contact for internal facility issues and refer related issues to the appropriate personnel
- Greet clients and visitors at front desk
- Coordinate travel arrangements for employees consistent with established policies and cost guidelines
- Provide dining services, including food preparation, food and beverage serving and related administrative activities to AIA employees
- Pick up and transport employees or visitors as directed
- Protect AIA employees, properties and all items of value on AIA’s premises from preventable harm or danger
