Mission of the position:
- Develop and implement strategies to make F2F inhouse in city feel an integrated part of the organization
- Helping on development and monitoring of annual plan and budgets
- Ensure that city expenditure is monitored regularly and variances reported
- Ensure Key Performance Indicators are met
- Remain up to date on F2F inhouse Team fundraising strategies and implement to be best practise for Indonesia F2F program
- Day to day management of F2F inhouse Team program in city
- Ensure the Performance Management system for F2F inhouse Team
- Manage disciplinary issues of the F2F inhose Team that fall outside of the system
- Supporting ideas for national incentive and recognition program, creating a fun and motivational fundraising environment
- Oversee the timely and accurate administration, results reporting, finance reports and other reports demands.
- Lead and Manage F2F National Travel Trip
- Provide Weekly and Monthly Meeting With Team Leaders and Fundraisers
- Coordinate regularly with Venue Officer to arrange Time Line Venue
- Supporting in developing and implement strategies for maintain Venue
- Provide Regularly Training For Fundraiser and Team Leader
- Ensure the number of Fundraiser in line with target
- Provide regularly Up det SOS Children Village’s for Inhouse Face to Face
Requirements:
- Minimum age: 30 year(s) old
- Diploma or Bachelor degree
- Proficient in Microsoft Office application
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Full-Time – Long term commitment
- Knowledge of Child protection bit.ly/CodeofConduct2023
- Willing to travel as and when required
- Placement: Medan
