Our client is the largest oleochemical manufacturing company is looking for:
Betaine Manufacturing Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
·Conduct operational shift activities in the unit betaine plant and verify the
implementation of standard operating procedures correctly.
·Perform confirmation in SAP production and coordination with other
departments for smooth production and completeness of documentation.
·Preparing required RM/PM for operation.
·Perform repair maintenance of plant equipment according to standard
maintenance procedures and conduct regular inspection of plant equipment
including lubrication and oil replacement.
·Evaluate the production performance and products as well as make repairs
and adjust operating conditions to ensure the quantity and quality of product
are met.
·Prepare environmental impact and safety assessments as well as creating
and maintaining a work environment that is clean, tidy and safe at all times.
·Making the right decision for the operational issues to avoid accidents,
damage to equipment and lost production time.
·Proactive in implementing management systems and productivity
improvement programs implemented by the company.
·Provide information to Manufacturing Manager Betaine and co-workers in
the event of an emergency or a potentially dangerous situation.
·Performs other tasks related to the work from direct superior.
·Participate in project activities related to the unit of work.
·Evaluate the production target base on quality and quantity.
·Evaluate the performance of subordinates and do appraisal
Requirements:
·Bachelor degree concern to chemical industry/ chemical engineering/
electrical engineering/ mechanical engineering/ chemistry/ industrial
engineering background from a reputed University.
·Minimum 2 years of experiences with chemical/ FMCG industries/ in
manufacturing.
·Required language(s) English and Bahasa Indonesia.
·Capable to operate Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office.
·Capable to calculate the data thoroughly and accurate.
·Capable to handle the plant / betaine manufacturing.
·Have knowledge about employement‘s rule.
·Have high integrity, honestly, high motivation, good self interpersonnal and
can work personally or team.
·Safety and Quality Oriented.
·Has good analytical thinking.
·Leadership, Management and Organization skills.
·Demonstrated high level of problem solving ability to make decisions
independently.
·Demonstrated excellence in priority setting and execution skills.
·Able to handle multiple priorities.
·Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
·Willing to be place in North Sumatera.
