Biogas Build Project Manager (BBPM) will use engineering and project management knowledge to manage and monitor all activities related to engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning works of Biogas Plant from beginning to the end. In this role, you will be required to meet with EPCC contractors, EHS personnel, engineers, process analysis assessor and OU to discuss design concepts, develop designs, and construction to delivered on time, safe, to budget, while maintaining quality.

JOB DESCRIPTION

·      Manage and monitor all activities related to engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning works of Biogas Plant from beginning to the end.

·      Coordinate with EPCC contractors, EHS personnel, engineers, process analysis assessor and OU to discuss design concepts, develop designs, and construction to delivered on time, safe, to budget, while maintaining quality.

·      Manage and check the submission of Detailed Engineering Design by EPCC contractor/ vendors.

·      Review shop drawing, construction method, and progress report made by EPCC contractor.

·      Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and codes.

·      Provide support and input to several aspects of project process including material/ equipment procurement, contracts, budget and cost control, risk management, and overall project management of construction works.

·      Monitor and prepare reports for all stakeholders regarding project status and progress to ensure projects are going according to plan including schedule, cost control, material management, and QC.

·      Support the on-site inspection process to ensure a zero punch list and an expeditious turnover to operations team.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum S1 in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 (five) years of experience in Project Management/ Construction Management roles.
• Willing for 2 (two) years contract.
• Willing to work in remote area/ palm oil plantation (West Kalimantan/ South Sumatera).
• Knowledge and Experience in Palm Oil Industry and Biogas Plant Project.
• PMP or equivalent certification would be considered an asset.
• Strong knowledge of industry standards, building codes, and safety standards, including fire protection regulations.
• General knowledge of biogas process, mechanical, and electrical system.
• Familiar with construction and project management software programs.
• Have good personality and attitude.
• Good communication skills.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• A keen eye for aesthetics and detail.
• Able to work in a team/ independently.
• Have driving license (SIM A) (Mandatory)
• Other minimum qualifications may apply.
