Upah yang kami tawarkan cukup kompetitif menurut dari skill pekerja. Minimum upah yang kami tawarkan adalah Rp 15.000.000 - Rp 21.000.000.

Job Desc :
- Responsible for building management and team performance marketing
- Develop budget/operational budget
- Control, guide, and evaluate the performance of the marketing team
- Responsible for the company’s sales targets
- Prepare daily/weekly reports as required by the company
- Conduct research and surveys related to the project
- Create, formulate, establish general concepts and plans for the company, direct and provide management policies for marketing, sales and promotions towards the growth and development of the company
- Develop, organize, analyze, implement and evaluate management of building, sales and promotions for the development and progress of the company
- Supervise and control all marketing, sales and promotion management performance for the benefit of the company
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Property Development/Real Estate Management or equivalent.
- Dress neatly
- At least 5 years-experience in Building Operation Manager in property industry
- Excellent interpersonal skill, strong leadership and able to work in a team
- Excellent skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and verbal
- Must be a creative, self-motivated individual who is also a team player
- Possesses the initiative and ability to work independently with minimal direction
- Pleasant personality and able to interact with people at all levels
- Able to multi-task, strong initiative to learn and possesses a great personality
- Able to work under pressure and strong team player
- Must be willing to work during weekends and public holidays
