Kami merilis lapangan pekerjaan dengan sistem full time untuk posisi COFFEE SALES MANAGER di perusahaan PT Usaha Prima Nusantara untuk domisili Medan atau sekitarnya.

Skill yang perusahaan kami butuhkan ialah Penjualan / Pemasaran & Penjualan Ritel serta orang yang mampu mengemban pekerjaan dengan baik.

Adapun persyaratan minimal pendidikan/sertifikasi yang PT kami butuhkan adalah minimal Sarjana (S1). Menurut dari ketentuan yang PT kami berikan.

Gaji yang kami tawarkan cukup kompetitif menurut dari skill pekerja. Minimum upah yang kami tawarkan adalah Rp 1.800.000 - Rp 5.500.000.

Key Responsibilities:

·Work with the Corporate sales team to develop effective sales strategy for B2B distribution in region

·Be the local lead to execute a comprehensive sales strategy for B2B coffee distribution, growing the targeted channels

·Analyse industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify sales opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.

·Perform costing, tenders and quotations for projects and customers

·Set sales targets, objectives, and key performance indicators (KPIs) for the sales team, and regularly track and report on progress and identify areas for improvement.

·Oversee sales operations, including order processing, inventory management, and fulfilment of customer orders.

·Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing sales team specializing in B2B coffee and machine distribution.

·Foster a positive and motivating work environment that encourages collaboration and teamwork.

·Build and maintain strong relationships with B2B customers, including hotels, food services, offices, and other potential clients to build long-term partnerships.

·Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for management.

Qualifications and Skills:

·Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.

·Proven experience as a sales Manager or in a similar B2B sales leadership role, preferably within the coffee or food and beverage industry.

·Excellent leadership and team management skills.

·Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.

·Results-driven mindset with a track record of achieving sales targets.

·Analytical and problem-solving skills to assess sales data and make strategic decisions.

·Passion for the coffee industry and knowledge of coffee and related products and machines

·Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

·Able to speak English as the job requires communication with suppliers across multiple countries
