About Engineering Senior Manager Manager
A newly arise Engineering Senior Manager job has become available at a big food manufacturing company with more than 25 years of business presence in Indonesia.
This role will be a part of the Processing Plant Department and will work together with the existing Engineering Manager on Lubuk Naga, North Sumatera.
Key Responsibilities
As a Engineering Senior Manager, you will be leading and managing global projects, cross-collaboration projects, and all the activities among the functions and countries from the design stage up to implementation, including CAPEX project document creation as well as driving engineering process excellence.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree of Electrical/Instrumentation or Mechanical Engineering
- 10-15 years of experience in engineering and projects particularly in the frozen industry and food processing
- Strong track record in influencing, mentoring all levels of Engineering organization including any other stakeholders who are not under direct supervision
- Proven experience in power supply management, wastewater treatment process, developing one line and schematic diagram, interpreting complex data and situation into meaningful analysis and insight.
- Having strong skill set on leadership, communication, interpersonal; proven in leading and managing global project requirement, cross-collaboration project or activities among the functions and countries
- A team player, highly motivated, well organized, able to meet tight schedules
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Willing to be placed in Lubuk Naga, Sumatera Utara.
You are highly shortlisted if obtained the following certifications;
- TPM, including Predictive and Corrective Maintenance
- SKTK (Sertifikat Kompetensi Tenaga Teknik Listrik)
- KAIZEN
- PLC and any other electronic/autonomous/ instrumentation system
- Project Management
- Engineering Management.
