Perusahaan kami telah merilis lowongan pekerjaan dengan sistem full time untuk posisi International Express Sales Sr Officer (Medan) di kantor PT Kerry Express Indonesia untuk daerah Medan serta sekitarnya.
Skill yang perusaahan butuhkan adalah Penjualan / Pemasaran & Penjualan Ritel serta orang yang mampu bekerja dengan tekun.
Adapun untuk persyaratan minimal pendidikan/sertifikasi yang perusahaan inginkan adalah minimum Sarjana (S1). Menurut dari ketetapan yang usaha kami berikan.
Gaji yang perusahaan ini tawarkan cukup kompetitif tergantung dari pengalaman pekerja. Minimum upah yang kami tawarkan adalah Rp 1.800.000 - Rp 5.500.000.

Responsibility :
- Identify new market opportunities and Hunting new customer
- Implement sales plan and communicate with customers in the territory in order to achieve target revenue
- Making sure sales pipeline meet the target
- Building and maintaining a business relationship with potential and existing customers
- Monitoring and implementing all projects or sales promos that have been running
- To maintain and develop new business from new and or existing customer
- Providing sales report and analyze sales performance and achievement
- Keep abreast with industry development and update of sales systems and ensure all procedures and policies updated
The Successful Applicant :
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree from a reputable university,
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Sales from international courier services or freight forwarding (preferably from China based company or have China lane based customers )
- Having Export and Import knowledge and experiences
- Has a positive attitude, target oriented, strategic mindset, customer satisfaction and hunter sales mentality
- Good communication in both spoken and written English (is a Must)
- Hands on sales activities, negotiation skill, and presentation skill
- Have capability to build and maintain professional relationship with potential client/customers
- Able to speak Mandarin preferable
- Able to using Ms. Office (Ms. Excel, Ms. Power Point, Ms. Word are mandatory)
