Segera dibutuhkan!! lowongan pekerjaan dengan sistem part time untuk posisi Sales Freelance (SBY, SMG, MDN) di tempat usaha PT Dachin Etech Global untuk daerah Semarang, Surabaya, & Medan dan sekitarnya.

Pengalaman yang perusaahan butuhkan ialah Penjualan / Pemasaran & Penjualan Ritel serta orang yang jujur, amanah, disiplin, dan bertanggung jawab.

Adapun untuk persyaratan minimal pendidikan/sertifikasi yang perusahaan kami inginkan adalah setidaknya SMA, SMU/SMK/STM, Sertifikat Professional, D3 (Diploma), D4 (Diploma), & Sarjana (S1). Menurut dari ketentuan yang perusahaan kami berikan.

Upah yang perusahaan ini tawarkan cukup kompetitif menurut dari pengalaman karyawan. Minimal upah yang kami berikan adalah Rp 1.800.000 - Rp 5.500.000.

Responsibilities:

Identify and reach out to prospective clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and online platforms.
Present our products/services to potential customers and explain their features and benefits effectively.
Understand the unique needs and requirements of each client and tailor sales pitches accordingly.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships to foster repeat business and referrals.
Negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
Collaborate with the sales team and management to develop innovative strategies for lead generation and market penetration.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitors’ offerings, and market conditions to provide valuable insights to the team.
Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and activity logs regularly.
Provide exceptional customer service and promptly address any post-sales inquiries or issues.
Continuously strive to enhance product knowledge and sales skills through training and self-improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in a related industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence potential clients effectively.
Self-motivated and results-driven, with a strong desire to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in a remote work setting.
Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a track record of successful sales achievements.
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic sales environment.
High level of professionalism, integrity, and a customer-focused mindset.
Proficiency in using digital communication platforms and online networking tools.
Availability to attend occasional team meetings or training sessions, as required.
