Responsibilities :
- To support daily operation in Sales Office and to serve customer and sales force in Sales Office
- To handle agent and customer queries and complaint
- To receive documents from agent/customer, check the completeness and distributed to Head Office
- To receive documents/Information from Head Office and distribute to agent/customer
- Logistic administration
- Petty cash & operational administration
Key Requirements :
- Bachelor degree, major : Administration
- Having 1+ years experience as administration and customer care
- Background in the financial services/insurance industry is preferred.
