This individual will be responsible for developing brand / product plan from beginning such as: brand strategies, marketing plans, and product innovations to drive product growth also able open Go To Market in Indonesia. They should feel comfortable working cross-functionally to execute these strategies and ensure brand consistency.
Responsibilities
- Maintain relationship with users (Dealer Electronic) in Medan – Aceh area
- Monitoring AR ( Account Reicevable)
- Monitoring PSI ( Purchase – Sales – Inventory)
- Identify area for improvement especially in North Sumatera (Medan) and Aceh
- Analyze customer needs and market trends including build and steghten good relationship with user
- The abillity to influence and negotiable with other
- Self motivated by target
Qualifications
- Diploma III & Bachelor’s Degree from any major
- Proven experience in sales (B2B Electronic is preferred) Minimum 2 years
- Strong in sales high driven
- Has good communication in English both verbal & written
- Has good presentation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical skills and interpersonal skill, plus attention to detail.
- Self-motivated, able to work in stressful situations with changing priorities.
- Able to multi-task with a positive, can-do attitude; able to flex and adapt to changing priorities and demands
- Has a good appearance
