Kemampuan yang usaha kami inginkan adalah Penjualan / Pemasaran & Penjualan Ritel serta orang yang jujur dan bertanggung jawab.
Adapun persyaratan yang perusahaan kami butuhkan adalah minimum Sarjana (S1). Menurut dari peraturan yang PT kami berikan.
Gaji yang perusahaan tawarkan cukup kompetitif menurut dari skill pekerja. Rata-rata upah yang kami berikan adalah Rp 1.800.000 - Rp 5.500.000.

Job Descriptions :
The incumbent will be accountable for developing and implementing Sales strategy and plan for her/his respective Store for achieving company’s sales number.
S/he will be responsible for Sales Target as well as Sales Budget, Analyzing store sales, operational and generating reports on the daily/monthly/yearly sales for planning and reviewing purposes. Monitoring and controlling the efficiency of stores on daily basis; including sales performance & strategy, inventory management, advertising & promotion also customer service. S/he will also be maintaining relationship, communicating & negotiating with all area partners also implementing changes and improvement required by the management.
Job Requirements :
- At least Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent level.
- At least 4 years working experiences as Store Manager, preferably from Retail industry.
- Willingness to commit for long-term career in retail company.
- Has strong technical knowledge of the organization’s products, services and sales techniques.
- Familiar with a variety of the field’s concepts, practices, and procedures.
- Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
- Performs a variety of tasks and leads and directs the work of others.
- A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa.
- Good and proficient Microsoft skills.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Medan, Sumatera Utara.
