Adapun untuk persyaratan yang perusahaan inginkan ialah minimum Sarjana (S1). Merupakan ketetapan yang perusahaan kami berikan.
Upah yang perusahaan ini tawarkan cukup kompetitif tergantung dari pengalaman karyawan. Minimum upah yang kami berikan adalah Rp 1.800.000 - Rp 5.500.000.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Installation and Setup:
·Plan, coordinate, and oversee major installation projects across multiple sites after project award
·Install and set up commercial coffee equipment according to manufacturer guidelines and customer requirements.
·Test and calibrate coffee equipment to ensure proper functionality and adherence to quality standards.
·Provide demonstrations and training to customers on how to operate and maintain coffee equipment effectively.
2. Routine Maintenance and Inspections:
·Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures for coffee equipment
·Perform routine maintenance and inspections on coffee equipment, including cleaning, lubricating, and replacing worn or faulty parts, to minimize breakdowns and prolong the lifespan of coffee equipment.
·Troubleshoot issues with coffee equipment and diagnose problems using appropriate tools and equipment.
·Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations during maintenance activities.
3. Repair and Technical Support:
·Respond to service calls promptly and repair coffee equipment that is experiencing malfunctions or breakdowns.
·Source, order and replace defective components, following proper troubleshooting and repair procedures.
·Provide technical support and guidance to customers and internal staff regarding coffee equipment operation and maintenance.
4. Inventory Management:
·Maintain an inventory of spare parts, tools, and supplies necessary for coffee equipment repairs and maintenance.
·Monitor stock levels and place orders for replacement parts in a timely manner.
·Keep accurate records of parts used, repairs performed, and maintenance schedules.
5. Documentation and Reporting:
·Maintain detailed documentation of all service and repair activities, including parts replaced, repairs made, and customer interactions.
·Prepare service reports and summaries to management
·Provide feedback to management regarding recurring issues, common problems, and potential improvements in coffee machine design or maintenance procedures.
Qualifications and Skills:
·High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications
·Minimum 6 years of relevant in coffee equipment maintenance and repair is a plus.
·Strong technical knowledge and understanding of coffee equipment mechanics, including espresso machines and related equipment.
·Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
·Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders in a professional manner.
·Project management skills, with the ability to plan, prioritize, and manage multiple projects concurrently.
·Budgeting and resource management skills to optimize departmental operations.
·Able to speak English as the job requires communication with suppliers across multiple countries
