Perusahaan kami telah merilis lowongan pekerjaan dengan sistem full time untuk posisi Technical Manager di perusahaan PT Gaweku Human Technology (Gaweku) untuk domisili Medan atau sekitarnya.

Kemampuan yang kami butuhkan ialah Bangunan/Konstruksi & Teknik Sipil/Konstruksi Bangunan serta orang yang mampu bekerja dengan tekun.

Kami memberikan persyaratan minimal pendidikan/sertifikasi yang perusahaan inginkan ialah setidaknya Sarjana (S1), Diploma Pascasarjana, Gelar Professional, Magister (S2) & Doktor (S3). Yang merupakan peraturan yang usaha kami berikan.

Gaji yang perusahaan tawarkan cukup kompetitif menurut dari kemampuan pekerja. Rata-rata upah yang kami berikan adalah Rp 30.000.000 - Rp 40.000.000.

TECHNICAL & OPERATIONAL MANAGER (MEDAN) [51967]

JOB SUMMARY:

  • Handling the daily technical and operational works of the Group, local departments, and partner companies to plan, implement, and produce respective appropriate methods and procedures
  • Adherence to the Group policies and procedures of the local companies and meeting the local regulatory standards and requirements
  • Control and supervise all aspects of the technical and operational works and functions to ensure the fulfillment of service standards and in a cost-effective and preventive maintenance approach
  • Check and verify the daily operational works, including but not limited to toll revenue and cost, road conditions and maintenance defects, etc. of the local companies
  • Monitor and implement the technical and operational works in order to meet the annual budget set forth by the Group and the BOD of the local companies
  • Prepare monthly and annual reports of the local companies that are required by the Group
  • Able to relocate the workplace (s), within or outside the jurisdiction of Indonesia, as designated by the Group
  • Perform ad hoc works as assigned by the Group and the local companies

EXPERIENCE, REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS:

  • Education: Minimum Bachelor in Civil Engineering major or any kind of Engineering major
  • Language: English must be Fluent
  • Experience: 5-15 years of experience in the road maintenance field (Managerial Level)
  • Or have experience as a Technical & Operational Manager for toll road maintenance
